This is a McDonald's so it's not like I have a high bar set, but this place was very disappointing. I took my family in for a small breakfast, here's some of the things that didn't go well: the muffins on the Egg Mcmuffins were stale and the eggs were cooked to death; there was a large coffee spill on the floor that was so old all the coffee was completely dried out and they merely set a caution sign there; there was no ice in the ice machine; the ladies' restroom only has two stalls of which one was out of order, it's marked with a sign that you can tell has been there a while and they have no intention of fixing it soon; and lastly, one of the workers grimaced at me for asking for our drink cups when our food arrived, as if it were our fault we didn't have them yet. So, what went well? When we got there there was a huge line of people waiting, which we thought they were waiting to order, but it turned out they were just waiting for their food, so the line to order wasn't too bad. Hmmm, that's it!

I don't like writing bad reviews. I have to with this McDonald's. I don't eat much fast food but am forced to sometimes due to my hectic schedule. Service is slow, staff is rude. They often have their backs turned and are playing with their phones. I can tolerate a lot but hate getting bad customer service. Check your order when you go thru the drive thru. They usually get it wrong. Do not recommend. Go to Sonic next door.

Last night I was stuck, along with many others, in Woodland Park while I-24 was closed due to flooding. The employees were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help the stranded travelers. Although the store was closed, they allowed us to stay until the road reopened. They even gave us some warm apple pies around 11:30 and told everyone to help themselves to the soft drinks. They went the extra miles for the tired, stranded people and I really appreciated having a dry, hospitable place to wait out the closure.

Typical McDonalds. Food is what you'd expect and so is the service. They get orders right about 50% of the time, don't bother contacting the general manager as she doesn't care. I did sit in the drive through once for 25 minutes just to come home to find that they screwed up my order. Check everything before you leave, don't count on the employees knowing 1st grade math.

Food is sloppy and the service is soooo slooowwww. Poor management and ownership needs to staff it properly. Not very clean either.

I've been to this McDonald's several times and each time the service is slow with horrible customer service. I can tolerate the slow, but unfortunately while waiting it provides the opportunity to see how unhappy the staff is. They make it clear they are there to collect a paycheck and that is it. No smiles. No good mornings (even when the customer says it first). Today I witnessed an elderly gentleman drop his coffees (that he waited 20 minutes to get) and the staff just watched without offering new cups or even cleaning up the mess. They acknowledged it and proceeded to ignore it. I don't write bad reviews typically because I understand we all have bad days. But this place deserves no stars. There are better places to go in Woodland Park that want your business and care about the customer.

22 minutes in the drive thru and never got to the order point. Worst service of any McDonalds, inside or out. Asked to speak to the manager but was told "she is too busy to speak to you". Would rather starve than patronize this place again!

For the 16 years I've lived in the area this is the slowest 'fast' food joint I've ever been to. Ever.

  • Debbie B.

Not impressed. Fries were good. 1/4 lb with cheese was yuck. And vanilla iced coffee was yuck. Those three things are not worth $8 at all. I won't be back!

  • Sam R.

Alright service, food is usually pretty good. They keep the inside clean... Besides the FOX channel that they play all day inside, I can dig it for being Mickey D's.

We go there almost every day because I do enjoy their coffee. We almost always use the drive-thru and the wait is insufferable, usually around 17 minutes. After the wait, because I always order de-caf the coffee is cold or luke warm so we take it home to warm in the microwave. If you ask them for hotter coffee they either give you another cup of luke warm or you wait while they brew another pot. Quite often they do not even start to brew new pots until you order. Doesn't anyone notice they are beginning to run low? Twice in the last week they have been out of large coffee cups. We have asked about the delays and they said that they don't ask people to to pull up to wait for their order unless it is for chicken nuggets because they take 7 minutes to make. To be fair the employees are friendly. Doesn't anyone hire a decent manager anymore?

This place is horrible. Brought my kids here and someone said that it was too loud at the play place. The manager told us to tone it down a notch! Really?? its a play place. What else do you expect. I wont be going here anymore

  • Matt G.

Without a doubt, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My kid loves the happy meal toys so I keep getting dragged back for that...but the food and service is predictably poor (employees are sometimes cheerful though). The food is rarely fresh, and if you order anything custom, they're likely to screw that up. There are better places to eat in this town...steer clear unless you want a happy meal toy or are looking for an indoor play place to let your kids stretch their legs on a road trip.

This has to be one of the worse McDonalds in Colorado. Only reason they stay in business is because of the proximity of the high school. I have witnessed the cashier cuss out customers who were legitimately upset because their food was taking over 20 minutes to get. I waited at least that long but was offered someone else's order as a compensation while we waited... since they walked out. Btw, the manager did not discipline the cashier, but instead said he didn't hear anything. The food quality was also very poor. The owners of this store really need to hear these complaints. I just don't go back.
